Angela Wei Xiao is an experienced professional in investments and portfolio management, currently serving as Vice President at Phoenix Property Investors since October 2021. Prior to this role, Angela held positions such as Senior Analyst at Equity Residential, where responsibilities included acquisition and asset management, and Summer Analyst at PAG focused on real estate private equity. Additional experience encompasses summer internships at JLL and BIG - Bjarke Ingels Group. Angela holds a dual degree in Master of Real Estate and Master in Architecture from Harvard University and has pursued further education in fintech, corporate finance, and real estate transactions at prestigious institutions such as Stanford University, Harvard Business School, and MIT Sloan School of Management. Angela completed a Bachelor of Architecture at Huazhong University of Science and Technology.

Phoenix Property Investors (“Phoenix”) is a privately owned and managed private equity real estate investment group with a fully integrated real estate investment, project and asset management platform in Asia. Phoenix was founded in 2002 by Samuel W. T. Chu and Benjamin K. Y. Lee. Phoenix endeavors to seize value-oriented opportunities in developed Pan-Asian markets, including Japan, Australia, Korea and Hong Kong. We focus on three strategies: opportunistic, core plus/value-add, and secured debt. We have formalized fund-series as well as side-cars and separate accounts.
