Dr. Julio Rubio has worked at Phoenix Union High School District since 2008. Dr. Julio started as a High School Spanish Teacher and then became an Assistant Principal in 2013. Currently, they hold the position of Principal.
Dr. Julio Rubio holds a Doctor of Education - EdD degree in Organizational Leadership from Grand Canyon University, which they obtained from 2018 to 2023.
