Prior to that, Laxmikant contributed to Lupin as a Research Scientist from November 2012 to September 2022 and served in various research roles at Advinus Therapeutics, a TATA Enterprise, including Senior Research Scientist. Laxmikant's educational background includes a Master of Science in Organic Chemistry from Ahmednagar College, affiliated with Savitribai Phule Pune University.
