Xavier Gatinel has over 20 years of experience in the music industry. Xavier is currently the Head of Artist & Label Services at [PIAS], a position they have held since 2016. Prior to that, they worked as the Label Manager for Jazz, World, Soul, and Pop/Rock at harmonia mundi from 2009 to 2015. Before that, they served as the Marketing Manager at Nocturne from 2007 to 2009 and as the International Marketing Manager at ACT MUSIC INTERNATIONAL in Munich in 2006. From 2004 to 2006, they were the Head of Marketing at NIGHT & DAY in Paris. Xavier also has experience working at Universal Music & Video Distribution, where they served as a Marketing Manager in London from 2000 to 2003 and as a Product Manager in Paris from 1995 to 2000.
Xavier Gatinel pursued their education at La Sorbonne Paris IV, where they obtained a Master's degree in Gestion et administration de la musique et des institutions culturelles in 1995.
