Matthew Appleton

Matthew Appleton MRICS is an accomplished professional in the field of building surveying and conservation, currently serving as the Strategic Account Director at Pick Everard since April 2019. With a progressive career at Pick Everard, Matthew has held several key positions, including Director of Building Surveying and Associate Director. Prior experience includes roles as Capital Project Manager at the Reform Club and Building Surveyor at the National Trust. Matthew began the career as an Operative at J G Masonry and the Earth Stone and Lime Company, specializing in stone and lime conservation and restoration. Educationally, Matthew holds a Bachelor's Degree in Historic Building Conservation from Kingston University, where studies were completed in 2015 and 2014.
