Samantha Davies

Samantha Davies is a seasoned user experience professional with over a decade of expertise in user research and design leadership. Currently, as a Founding Member of Flux since August 2024, Samantha is dedicated to empowering women and non-binary leaders in UX and Design. At Picsart, since February 2022, Samantha serves as the Director of User Experience for Growth & Monetization, leading a team focused on optimizing user experiences to drive product-led growth. Previous roles include Head of User Research at Zoopla, Senior User Research Manager at Monzo Bank, and various contract positions across notable companies. Samantha holds an MSc in Human Computer Interaction and Ergonomics from UCL, contributing to a robust background in shaping effective research practices and driving user-centric design initiatives.
