Jessie Hinchman is a skilled workforce development specialist with extensive experience in program and activity management. Currently employed at Pikes Peak Workforce Center since August 2019, Jessie utilizes a strong background in community engagement and operational oversight. Previous experience includes serving as program manager at Sierra 2 Center for the Arts & Community, where venue booking and client collaboration were key responsibilities. As activity director at FirstService Residential, Jessie supervised staff and executed community events, and prior experience includes managing a public technology center providing training and resources to the community. Jessie holds a Master of Arts in Educational Technology, Curriculum & Instruction from California State University-Sacramento and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from Menlo College.

The Pikes Peak Workforce Center is an American Job Center serving El Paso and Teller counties that connects vital businesses with work-ready job seekers and employer-driven services. Last year, we served more than 39,000 clients including more than 10,000 veterans and over 1,000 young adults. We provide no-cost job seeker services from resume assistance, interview training, computer skills training and more. Clients range from entry-level to professional; include youth, adults, people returning to the workforce, underemployed and those with barriers to employment. Veterans always receive priority service. In support of regional employers, we host tailored, no-cost recruitment and hiring events including candidate sourcing, group and individual pre-employment assessments, provide a job database of searchable candidate profiles and more.
