Patty Gould has extensive experience in various roles within sales, business relations, and workforce development. Currently serving as a Business Liaison at Pikes Peak Workforce Center since October 2017, Patty focuses on creating tailored solutions for job seekers and the regional business community. Prior positions include Territory Sales Manager at School Specialty, Inc., Physician Relations Representative at Children's Hospital Colorado, and a Consultant for Special Projects at Discover Goodwill of Southern & Western Colorado. Earlier experience encompasses a Center Director role at Learning Rx, where Patty specialized in cognitive brain training, as well as various sales positions in the pharmaceutical industry with companies such as Alpharma Pharmaceuticals, Novartis, and Forest Laboratories. Patty holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Arts in Speech Pathology and Audiology from Kent State University.

Pikes Peak Workforce Center

The Pikes Peak Workforce Center is an American Job Center serving El Paso and Teller counties that connects vital businesses with work-ready job seekers and employer-driven services. Last year, we served more than 39,000 clients including more than 10,000 veterans and over 1,000 young adults. We provide no-cost job seeker services from resume assistance, interview training, computer skills training and more. Clients range from entry-level to professional; include youth, adults, people returning to the workforce, underemployed and those with barriers to employment. Veterans always receive priority service. In support of regional employers, we host tailored, no-cost recruitment and hiring events including candidate sourcing, group and individual pre-employment assessments, provide a job database of searchable candidate profiles and more.
