Leonardo Baraldi

Leonardo Baraldi is an experienced UX designer and leader with a career spanning over 25 years. Currently serving as Head of UX at Pilot Solution since October 2023, Leonardo oversees a team dedicated to creating innovative digital products focused on user needs in the mobility industry. Prior to this role, Leonardo held significant positions including Leader of UX at Mercado Libre, where coordination with multidisciplinary teams across Latin America was key in developing services related to personal loans and marketplace solutions. Additional experience includes serving as COO and Senior User Experience Designer at Manifesto Solutions, as well as academic roles in design education and workshops. Leonardo's extensive knowledge is supported by degrees from Instituto Superior De Diseño Aguas De La Cañada and Universidad Provincial de Córdoba.
