Stephany Mata

Stephany Mata has a diverse work experience starting in 2011 as a Sales Associate at Kiddie Shoes Plus. From 2014 to 2016, they worked as a Receptionist at YFD Cabinetry and as a Desk Assistant at Schmidt Library. Stephany then moved on to Paul Stuart, Inc. in 2015, where they served as a Human Resources Assistant/Intern. In 2016, they worked as an HR Assistant/Intern at Eyeview. Stephany continued their career at Eyeview in 2017 as an HR Associate and later became an HR Generalist in 2018. In 2019, Stephany joined Pilot as a People Coordinator - Contractor before being promoted to People & Talent Coordinator. Stephany currently holds the position of Associate People Business Partner at Pilot since February 2022, providing support in various HR-related areas and ad-hoc projects.

Stephany Mata attended Ramapo Senior High School from 2009 to 2013. After graduating from high school, they went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology at York College of Pennsylvania from 2013 to 2016.
