Pimlico Plumbers was founded by Charlie Mullins, and started in the basement of an estate agent in Pimlico, after he completed a four year apprenticeship in Plumbing, with just a second hand van and a bag of tools in 1979.Charlie had a vision then to remove the stigma associated with the plumbing industry i.e plumbers with bad workmanship, whoturn up late, rip off the customer, driving rusty old vans, not wearing uniform and arse's hanging out their trousers.
