Umair Altaf

Umair Altaf is a highly skilled staff research scientist at Pindrop, where a progressive career has included roles as a senior research scientist and research scientist from January 2016 to the present. Prior experience includes serving as a lecturer at Georgia Institute of Technology for a short term in 2015, and completing internships at Avaya and Broadcom in 2013 and 2008, respectively. Umair began a career as a design engineer at And Or Logic from January 2004 to August 2005. Educational qualifications comprise a PhD in Electrical Engineering-Signal Processing and a Master's degree in Mathematics, both from Georgia Institute of Technology, an MSc in Electrical Engineering from Imperial College London, and a BSc in Electrical Engineering from the University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore.
