Joe Karb, RN, MSN, CENP, currently serves as the Director of Nursing at Pine Rest Christian Mental Health Services since November 2021. Prior to this role, Joe held several leadership positions at Hôtel-Dieu Grace Healthcare from May 2006 to December 2021, including Director, Vice President of the Restorative Care Program, and Director of Mental Health & Addictions, where responsibilities included project management for scheduling software implementation and fostering a collaborative work environment. Earlier in the career, Joe worked as a Staff Nurse in the Emergency Department at Windsor Regional Hospital and held a position as a Contract Clinical Instructor at St. Clair College. Joe earned a Master’s Degree in Nursing Administration and a Bachelor’s Degree in Registered Nursing from the University of Windsor.
