Prior to that, they worked at Ocado Technology as the Head of User Experience from 2018 to 2022. Gavin also held positions at easyJet as the Head of easyJet.com and Senior Online Experience Manager from 2011 to 2018. Gavin Ross has a background in e-commerce and web development, with various roles at Avis Europe plc from 2002 to 2011, including eChannel Development Manager, Development Manager, Web Development Manager, Customer Interface Manager, and E-Commerce Manager. Gavin also worked as a Regional Account Manager at Avis Europe plc from 1997 to 1999.
Gavin Ross attended Aberystwyth University from 1990 to 1993, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in International Politics & Strategic Studies.
