Andrew Herman

Andrew Herman has several years of work experience in the field of technology and support. Andrew started their career in 2006 as a Tech Assistant at Hatboro-Horsham School District, where they worked until 2008. In 2008, they joined ICON plc as a Sr. Applications Support Analyst and held this role until 2019. That same year, they moved to Pinnacle 21 and currently holds the position of Service Desk Lead.

Andrew Herman attended CHI Institute-Philadelphia from 2004 to 2006, where they earned an Associate of Science degree in Computer Network Engineering.
