Anne Tinklenberg

Anne Tinklenberg is an experienced organizational change management professional currently serving as the Delivery Director at Pioneer Management Consulting since October 2020. In this role, Tinklenberg oversees a portfolio of change management projects, cultivates client relationships across various industries, and leads practice development initiatives. Prior to this, Tinklenberg held multiple roles at a.muse, including Principal Change Consultant and Senior Change Consultant, and has significant experience in implementing enterprise change management strategies at Be The Match. Tinklenberg also co-founded Bricolage, LLC, has held positions at Best Buy and Corporate Resources, LLC, and began a career in education. Tinklenberg holds a Master’s degree in English Education from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Northwestern University.
