Holly Stang-Williams

Holly Stang-Williams is an experienced management consultant with a strong focus on organizational effectiveness and change management. Currently serving as Managing Director and Practice Director at Pioneer Management Consulting since September 2019, Holly has previously held significant roles at Best Buy, including Organizational Effectiveness Leader and Senior Manager for HR PMO & Change. In these positions, Holly led major organizational transformations and M&A strategies for a workforce of 125,000 employees. Beginning as a Senior Change Management Consultant, Holly collaborated with clients like Best Buy and Xcel Energy to drive strategic change initiatives. Earlier professional experiences include serving as Program Manager and Learning & Development Consultant at G&K Services. Holly holds an MBA in Management from the University of St. Thomas and a BS in International Business from St. Cloud State University.
