Katie Kirk

Katie Kirk currently serves as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Pioneer Management Consulting since April 2024. Prior to this role, Katie held positions at Persefoni, including People Operations Manager and Senior Manager Talent Acquisition, from August 2021 to April 2024. Katie's earlier experience includes serving as Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition at Slalom, where leadership of a team of recruiters focused on the Minneapolis area took place, from July 2015 to August 2021. Katie began the recruitment career at Insight Global, progressing through roles from Recruiter to Senior Professional Recruiter between June 2010 and July 2015. Katie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, with a specialization in Marketing Management, from the University of St. Thomas, completed in 2010.
