Piper Sandler
Mike Dillahunt is the global co-head of investment banking and capital markets, as well as a member of the leadership team of Piper Sandler. Dillahunt has 27 years of advisory experience and has worked on more than 100 transactions over the course of his career. He was co-head of Piper Sandler’s Diversified Industrials and Services group from 2011 to 2020, and most recently served as vice chairman of investment banking, and chairman of M&A and private equity coverage for the firm.
Prior to joining Piper Sandler in 1998, Dillahunt was an M&A and corporate attorney at Milbank LLP, working in both New York and London.
Dillahunt received his undergraduate degree magna cum laude from the University of Wisconsin. He graduated Order of the Coif from the University of Wisconsin Law School and received the Daniel B. Grady Award, which is awarded to the highest-ranking student in the graduating class.
