Morgan Mears is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Investment Operations Team Lead and previously as an Investment Operations Specialist at Pitcairn since May 2022. Responsibilities include managing trades for over 2100 client accounts, utilizing Power Query for report generation, and facilitating communication between investment and wealth management teams. Prior experience includes a role as a Trading Specialist at Affinity Wealth Management LLC, where a significant reduction in trade errors was achieved through the development of trading standard operating procedures. Additional experience encompasses an AML Compliance Analyst position at JPMorgan Chase & Co., focused on suspicious financial activity investigations, as well as a Business Operations Intern role at Fireside Partners Inc. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Economics from the University of Delaware.
