Joan Doutney

Joan Doutney is a seasoned UX Architect at Pitney Bowes, with extensive experience in interface design across physical products, mobile, and web applications since January 1990. Notable expertise includes UX research through client observations, conducting interviews and usability tests, and developing both low and high fidelity prototypes for user feedback. Previously, Joan worked as an Industrial Engineer at Fisher-Price from March 1988 to January 1990, focusing on applied ergonomics in workplace design within a high-volume manufacturing environment. Joan Doutney holds both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the University at Buffalo, earned between 1980 and 1987.
