Andy Hughes

Andy Hughes is an experienced professional with a diverse background in solution support engineering and media production. Currently serving as a Solution Support Engineering Supervisor at SAP since April 2016, Andy focuses on team development and driving support transformation initiatives. Prior roles at SAP include End User Support Supervisor and Senior Procurement Operations Specialist, where Andy was responsible for mentoring, training, and enhancing customer support processes. In the media sector, Andy has worked as a Radio Producer for the Pittsburgh Penguins since June 2012 and founded The PensNation, managing staff and content. Andy's early experience includes a Management Trainee position at Graybar and a Clerk role at Giant Eagle, Inc. Andy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Radio and Television from PennWest California.
