Bob Fass

Bob Fass currently serves as the Vice President for College Advancement at Pitzer College, a position held since February 2025. Prior experience includes serving as the Chief Advancement Officer at The Webb Schools from January 2007 to January 2025, as well as various roles in leadership development, including Senior Director of Development for Leadership and Planned Giving and Director of Leadership Giving. Bob Fass has also been involved in local education governance as a Governing Board Member for Baldy View ROP and Claremont Unified School District from December 2020 to December 2024. Additionally, Bob Fass held the role of President of the Claremont Educational Foundation from July 2015 to June 2018. Other notable positions include Managing Director at Georgia Shakespeare and founding MFA Program Director at Southern Utah University. Academic credentials include an MFA in Arts/Nonprofit Administration from The University of Alabama and a BA in Theatre Arts from California State University, Fullerton.
