Beth Damon has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Beth began their career at Regal Securities, Inc. in 2007 as a Corporate Financial Coordinator. In this role, they managed accounts payable and receivable, conducted cost analyses, and reconciled company credit cards. Beth stayed with the company until November 2012. In 2013, Beth joined Pivot Design as an HR & Business Manager. Beth was responsible for creating and managing a Summer Internship program, researching and implementing HRIS Software, and managing legal and reporting requirements across multiple locations. In November 2019, they were promoted to the role of Director of People & Culture, where they continue to contribute to the growth and success of the company.
Beth Damon attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 2002 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Art History. In January 2017, they obtained a Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
