Vivek Chugh is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in mechanical engineering and control systems. Currently serving as Manager of Guidance, Navigation & Controls at Pivotal since May 2016, Vivek has previously held the role of Mechanical and Control Systems Engineer. Prior experience includes an internship as Stress Engineering Intern at Messier-Bugatti-Dowty, where Vivek contributed to the Boeing 787 landing gear program through stress and fatigue analysis using Abaqus and nCode. During a product engineering internship at Litens Automotive, Vivek focused on evaluating wear measurement techniques for plastic components. Earlier experience includes a role as Records Processing Student at Human Resources and Skill Development Canada, where Vivek utilized methodologies for the management of records. Vivek holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Toronto, obtained in 2016, and completed secondary education at Martingrove Collegiate Institute.
