Dr. Subedi holds a Ph.D. in Information and Communication Engineering from Chosun University (2014-2019), a Master of Technology in Communication Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Karnataka (2012-2014), and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Tribhuvan University (2006-2010).
