Benis Cubas possesses extensive experience in the culinary field, currently serving as Kitchen Manager at Pizza Luce since August 2015. Prior to this role, Benis held the position of Chef Partner at Buca di Beppo from August 2007 to August 2015 and worked as a Kitchen Professional at Don Pablo's from January 2002 to December 2006.
