Jessica Frazier

Jessica Frazier possesses a diverse background in customer service and technical support, with experience spanning various industries. Currently serving as a staff member at Pizza Luce since March 2022, Jessica is in the process of learning new skills. Prior roles include Claim Processor at Medica and Claims Processor at Dahl Consulting, as well as positions at Alarm.com focused on technical support, where Jessica provided best-in-class assistance to clients. Past experiences also feature roles in retail, volunteer coordination, and animal care, including a Dental Claims Analyst position at Sun Life Financial.
