Mark Dettrey

Mark Dettrey, EIT, currently holds the position of Transmission Operations Senior Engineer at PJM Interconnection, where employment began in July 2021. Past roles at PJM include Transmission Operations Engineer II and Transmission Operations Engineer. Mark also works as a Porter at Frankford Hall with STARR Restaurants and serves as a Barback/Maintenance at Sweetwater Marina and Riverdeck. Previous engineering experience includes an Electrical Engineering Co-op at Lockheed Martin and an Advanced Power Systems Co-Op at Burns Engineering, Inc. Mark's early work history features various lifeguard positions at organizations such as ETA Coach and Power Wellness. Mark holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Drexel University, completed in 2021, and graduated from Timber Creek Regional High School in 2016.
