Carmen Gleason currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at the PKD Foundation since June 2021, leading the operational functions of a national nonprofit organization with a $12 million annual budget. Prior to this role, Carmen was the Chief Operating Officer for the Girl Scouts of NE Kansas & NW Missouri, overseeing membership and volunteer initiatives. Carmen's experience also includes various leadership positions at DeVry University, where responsibilities ranged from directing corporate partnerships to managing educational programs. Carmen holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Keller Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Health & Human Services from the University of Central Missouri.
