Cari Holland has over three decades of experience in customer care and operations, having spent their entire career at Planes Companies since May 1989. Starting as a Summer Assistant, Cari Holland advanced to roles including Relocation Counselor and Director of International Operations, ultimately serving as Director of International Customer Care. Additionally, Cari Holland has extensive expertise in national account and residential customer service, both domestically and internationally. Educationally, Cari Holland holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with a double major in Political Science and Sociology, emphasizing Criminology, from Miami University, completed in 1992.
