As Chief Customer Officer of Planet, Mike serves as the champion for Planet's Customers, infusing the voice of the customer into all aspects of the business. In addition to leading the customer success team, the CCO leads company wide initiatives (internal and external) to ensure Planet consistently and efficiently delivers customer value and delight. Prior to Planet Mike has over 20 years experience driving transformation change, value and success for customers in emergent areas such as internet of things, software defined networking and employee engagement.
