Hannah Swanson

Hannah Swanson is an accomplished attorney with extensive experience in reproductive rights and public policy litigation, currently serving as the Managing Senior Staff Attorney at Planned Parenthood Federation of America since September 2018. Prior roles at Planned Parenthood include Senior Staff Attorney, Staff Attorney, and Associate Staff Attorney, showcasing a progressive career development within the organization. Hannah gained valuable judicial experience by clerking for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington, as well as the District of Columbia Court of Appeals. Previous internships include work with the ACLU Criminal Law Reform Project and ACLU of the Nation's Capital. Hannah holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Michigan Law School and a Bachelor's Degree in English from Yale University.
