Sebastian Delmont

Sebastian Delmont is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering and leadership. Currently serving as Principal Engineer at Column Tax since June 2023, Sebastian is focused on developing innovative tax solutions using Ruby, Rails, and React. At Platzi, since October 2021, Sebastian holds dual roles as Director of the Space Program, overseeing the launch of a satellite for educational purposes, and Dean of Computing & Technology, leading course development in programming and data science. Previous positions include Principal Engineer at Artemis, CTO and Co-founder at Kithward and String, and CTO at StreetEasy, contributing to significant advancements in various industries, including indoor agriculture and real estate. Sebastian holds a Licenciado degree in Computer Science from Universidad Central de Venezuela and has been instrumental in shaping online education to transform the future of Latin America.
