George Akopov

George Akopov has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. George began their career at PricewaterhouseCoopers as an Audit Senior in 2001. George then moved to Vendare Media in 2005, where they served as a Finance Manager for a brief period. After that, they joined Ernst & Young as a Transaction Advisory Services Manager from 2005 to 2007. In 2008, George worked as a Summer Associate at Jefferies & Company before being promoted to Associate in 2009. George stayed at Jefferies & Company until 2010 when they joined Rizvi Traverse Management as a Director. Recently, in 2019, they joined Playboy Enterprises, Inc. as the SVP Corp Development.

George Akopov earned their BA degree in Economics from UCLA in 2001. George later pursued an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management from 2007 to 2009.
