Benjamin Bunnage is a partner in the Commercial Real Estate team.
Benjamin specializes in commercial tenancy law, the purchase and sale of real estate as well as litigation within his specialist areas.
Benjamin provides advice to both Danish and international clients. He has many years of experience in carrying out major real estate transactions, including regarding major real estate portfolios, both in the form of asset and share transfers and as part of sale and lease back constructions.
In the area of tenancy law, Benjamin has solid experience in negotiating and drafting all types of business leases, including those relating to domicile properties as well as office, shop, restaurant, warehouse and production leases. Benjamin also has experience with project leases, which are entered into prior to the construction of a planned building. In addition, Benjamin advises on the tenancy law aspects in connection with the transfer, development and optimization of real estate.
Benjamin advises based on a good commercial and industry understanding and with a pragmatic approach to his cases.
