Daniel Barry is the leader of our EU and competition law team.
Daniel focuses primarily on complex competition law disputes, including Danish and EU antitrust cases, abuse cases as well as Danish and multi-jurisdictional damages cases. His experience includes participation in the European Commission's leniency program and conciliation procedure, coordination of criminal / administrative cases in a number of jurisdictions, including the United States, and handling and coordination of follow-up compensation cases in a number of jurisdictions, including in Denmark, Germany, UK, USA, Canada and Israel. Daniel has been involved in the filing of a number of negative recognition lawsuits ("torpedo lawsuits") that have not been used in competition law-related claims before.
