Toke deals with all aspects of insolvency and restructuring law and has experience in dealing with bankrupt estates, liquidations, restructurings, bankruptcy quarantine and taking care of creditor positions.
Toke has experience in carrying out business transfers of all or parts of the bankrupt company as well as the transfer of solvent companies. In addition, Toke works with general business law and company law issues.
Toke is also an external lecturer at the University of Southern Denmark, where he teaches law students in credit protection and civil enforcement.
