Phillip P. is a seasoned supply chain and manufacturing expert with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as Director of Supply Chain Solutions within the SemiCap Sector at Plexus Corp. since June 2021, Phillip previously held multiple director positions in supply chain operations and manufacturing for robotic surgical systems. Prior to Plexus Corp., Phillip was Vice President of Supply Chain and Manufacturing at Tensor Drilling Technologies and spent over 14 years at Baker Hughes, culminating in the role of Senior Logistics Director for North America. Throughout the career, Phillip has successfully managed significant budgets, led large teams, and improved operational efficiency while overseeing complex manufacturing and logistics functions. Phillip holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Houston and a Bachelor’s degree from The University of Texas at Arlington.
