Armando Gonzalez

Armando Gonzalez is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in support services and management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of IT Support Services at PLS Financial Services since September 2017, Armando has previously held multiple managerial roles at Follett from May 2013 to June 2018, where responsibilities included overseeing 25 team members and enhancing support for 1,200 locations across the USA and Canada. Additionally, during tenure at Follett Higher Education Group from March 1999 to May 2014, Armando managed significant projects such as migrating 1,000 store networks to Active Directory and facilitating various store transitions and implementations. Armando holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from American Military University, earned between 2007 and 2009.
