Lucas Coleman

Lucas Coleman is a finance professional with extensive experience in financial planning and analysis, forecasting, and revenue management within the SaaS and fintech sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Finance at Pluralsight since July 2024, Lucas previously held the role of Senior Finance Manager at Housecall Pro, where responsibilities included SaaS and fintech revenue forecasting and cash flow management. Additional key roles include FP&A Manager and Senior Finance Analyst at Instructure, focusing on pre-IPO readiness, SOX compliance, and financial integration of acquisitions. Earlier positions at MaritzCX involved managing R&D and Marketing budgets and improving forecasting models. Lucas began a career foundation with internships at WestPac Wealth Partners and UBS, complemented by a background in public service as a firefighter. Lucas holds dual Master's degrees in Finance and Business Administration from the University of Utah's David Eccles School of Business.
