Lior Raviv has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Lior is currently the Chief Technology Officer at Pluristem Therapeutics since December 2021. Before that, they held positions as Vice President of Development and Operations, Vice President of Development, Director of Development, and Projects Manager & Product Development Team Leader at the same company. Lior also worked as a Process Development Engineer at Pluristem from March 2011 to February 2012.

Prior to their roles at Pluristem, Lior Raviv was a M.A student and HPLC Lab Instructor at Ben Gurion University from August 2008 to July 2011 and from April 2009 to August 2010, respectively.

Lior also worked as an R&D Analytical Researcher for the QC department at Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. from July 2010 to February 2011.

Lior Raviv started their career as a Paramedic at Numonyx, Kiryat Gat, Israel from January 2008 to July 2010, and as a Research Assistant at D-PHARM from April 2007 to August 2008.

Lior Raviv completed a Bachelor of Science (B.S.c) degree in Biotechnology engineering from Universitat Ben Gurion Ba-Negev in the period from 2004 to 2008. Then, from 2008 to 2010, Lior further pursued higher education at the same university and obtained a Master's degree (M.Med.Sec) in Pharmacology.
