Sophie Earles-Barrett is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the People and Talent Manager at Plus X innovation hubs since April 2023. Prior to this role, Sophie was the HR Manager at Nested from March 2021 to March 2023 and held positions as HR Generalist and People Experience Advisor at Acumen Commercial Insights from April 2016 to March 2021. Sophie's early career includes roles as an HR Assistant at the BBC and a Team and HR Assistant at FleishmanHillard Fishburn. Sophie Earles-Barrett holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Latin and Spanish from The University of Manchester, completed in 2014, and graduated from Nonsuch High School for Girls in 2010.
