Kristof O'Connor

Kristof O'Connor is a seasoned business development professional with extensive experience in the life sciences industry. Currently serving as the Head of Business Development at Pluto Bio since June 2025, O'Connor previously held senior leadership roles at Tempus AI, overseeing business development in multiomics and pharma sequencing from September 2022 to June 2025. Prior to that, O'Connor was with 10x Genomics, initially as a Senior Sales Executive and later as a Sales Executive between February 2020 and September 2022. Experience also includes positions at MGI, SeraCare Life Sciences, Tecan, Metrohm USA, Eppendorf North America, Boekel Scientific, and Heidolph North America. O'Connor possesses a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, earned between 1993 and 1998.
