Kyra Conway, CPA, CICA, has extensive experience in financial management and product operations, currently serving as Senior Product Manager for Underwriting Analytics and Product Operations at Plymouth Rock Assurance since April 2011. In this role, Kyra excels in conducting non-rating product analyses to enhance P&L performance and formulate strategic directions for the auto product’s underwriting and rate pursuit. Previous positions at Plymouth Rock include Product Manager and Division FP&A Manager, where responsibilities encompassed managing a telematics program and overseeing financial compliance initiatives. Kyra's earlier career includes significant roles at Centennial Communications and AT&T, focusing on external reporting and internal auditing, as well as a foundational role as an Accountant/Office Manager at STOHRER'S APPLIANCE and a Cost Accountant at Reckitt Benckiser. Kyra holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Studies with a concentration in Corporate Accounting from Stockton University.
