Carlos J. Pampliega is an accomplished project management professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as an International Speaker for the Project Management Institute since April 2012, Carlos has delivered impactful presentations at conferences across several countries. As Vice President and Board of Directors member of PMI Madrid Chapter, Carlos co-founded the PMI Castilla y León Branch, focusing on professional development in project management. Carlos also holds the position of Director of the Project Management Program at Escuela de Negocios CEU Castilla y León and serves as a PMO Manager at Leapman S.L. Additionally, Carlos contributes to academia as a part-time professor and is involved with the editorial board of the Building & Management scientific e-journal at Universidad Politécnica de Madrid. With a solid educational background in architecture and project management, Carlos is dedicated to advancing the field and promoting best practices globally.

Established in 2017, PMOGA has grown into a vibrant and diverse network acquired by the Project Management Institute (PMI) in 2023. As a community under the umbrella of PMI, PMOGA unites professionals from various sectors who share a passion for all things related to PMOs.
