Elaine Noll

Elaine Noll is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in system integration, project management, and database administration. Currently serving as a Senior System Integrator at PNC since July 2021, Elaine has previously held senior roles at Mastech Digital and contributed as an IT Manager and Consultant in a self-employed capacity. Notably, Elaine managed the Database Center of Excellence at Westinghouse Electric Company, overseeing the administration of over 300 Oracle databases and 1800 SQL Server databases, while leading significant IT infrastructure projects.
