Lucas Chaves Lima

Lucas Chaves Lima is a Senior Data Scientist at Podimo since June 2021, with prior experience as a PhD researcher at the University of Copenhagen's Department of Computer Science from 2018 to 2021. Lucas has a strong research background in Information Retrieval, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, Recommender Systems, and Deep Learning, having contributed as a Visiting Researcher at Università degli Studi di Padova and as a Graduate Research Fellow at Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais, focusing on search result diversification and task completion. Early in the career, Lucas was an Undergraduate Research Fellow at Universidade Federal de São João del-Rei, examining the concept of Filter Bubble in recommendation systems.
