Prior to this, Erin held roles such as Senior Manager of Marketing at the Greater Chicago Food Depository, Communications Manager at Deborah's Place, and Coordinator at the YMCA of the USA. Erin graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a BA in English Literature and Russian Culture.
