Catherine O'Brien

Catherine O'Brien is an Org. Development Specialist at Polaris Inc. since July 2020, responsible for leading the annual Organization & Talent Review process and designing training for HR Business Partners on talent development. Prior to this role, Catherine completed a rotation as a Corporate HR Business Partner and an HR Generalist in the HR Leadership Development Program at Polaris Inc. Additionally, Catherine interned in Talent Management at Xcel Energy and served as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management. Catherine holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota and is currently furthering education at the University of Limerick.
